the study of or belief in the possibility of improving the qualities of the human species or a human population, especially by such means as discouraging reproduction by persons having genetic defects or presumed to have inheritable undesirable traits (negative eugenics)  or encouraging reproduction by persons presumed to have inheritable desirable traits (positive eugenics).

In my business, I'll sometimes get into a discussion with a customer about this topic. Invariably, they will respond that yes this is a good thing. There really are too many people on this earth. Really?. Well then if this is so, who or what gives you or me the right to decide this, and more importantly the ones to be culled (killed)?.

I submit that this notion of global overpopulation is a product of media brainwashing (see mind control). There are definitely places on the earth where people are starving to death. But are they starving to death because of scarce resources (food and water)?, simply because there are too many people there, or are they in this situation because the scarcity is being created for political reasons?.

Given that Weather Control is a reality, I can no longer accept the simplistic (too many people there) approach.

No, I believe that the NWO acronym for New World Order, is causing these scarcities to reduce the word's population by 85-90% as they have repeatedly called for. Link

On a much larger scale as in Planetary, I believe this agenda has been stepped up markedly.
